ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025 (Effective from 1 January 2025)

At Beechwood Park we are committed to providing a broad and exciting curriculum for all our boys and girls. Alongside our excellent teaching provision, we also offer a wide range of co-curricular activities and trips (both residential and non-residential), most of which are included within our fees. Optional extras are kept at a minimum (see below) so that you can be confident of no hidden charges and can plan ahead.

Our fees include:

All term time residential and non-residential trips
The majority of our extensive after school activities programme
Lunch and break-time snacks

All fees are listed per term unless otherwise stated.

The Governors of Beechwood Park have committed to maintain our fees at the current level for the academic year 2025/2026. Fees will not be reviewed until the academic year 2026/2027.

Please note

Fees are payable on or before the first day of each term.
The school normally bills day and boarding fees and music lessons in advance and other items in arrears.
Interest is payable on overdue accounts at the rate of 3% per annum above HSBC Bank plc base rate.
The school cannot remit fees due to pupil illness or any other cause, for either a whole or part of a term.
The school reserves the right to charge a late collection fee of £15 for every 15 minutes or part thereof, following the designated pick up time if a child is not collected on time.

Notice Period

Whilst we hope that your child continues to enjoy Beechwood Park School until the end of Year 8, please remember to provide a term’s notice of your intention to remove a pupil or to discontinue an optional extra. Please provide this in writing to the Headmaster no later than the first day of the term at the end of which notice is to take effect. Failure to provide this notice will result in your liability for full payment of the following full term’s fees.

Childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare

Beechwood Park accepts childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare payments for ‘qualifying childcare’ i.e. care provided for any child aged three (or rising three, which means a child who will be three before the end of term) until 31 March, 31 August or 31 December next after the child celebrates his or her fifth birthday. This means that you can use childcare vouchers or tax-free childcare to pay for your child’s Nursery Fees and also for part of the School Fees for their Reception year.

Beechwood Park also accepts childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare payments for approved childcare on the school premises outside of normal school hours, i.e. After School Care, Before and After School Activities, and Boarding. Many of our holiday activity providers also accept such payments.

The School is unable to accept such payments towards fees for older children, for school trips, for music lessons, and for other activities which take place in normal school hours.

Please note we do not offer the 15 or 30 hour free childcare for 3 and 4 year olds.
